Great Perks, Easy on the Wallet

With over 1000 sq/ft going for under $1 a foot, 9200 Redmond Place is a steal. I eat breakfast on my balcony overlooking pine trees and listening to the faint stream below...and why can I hear that stream' Because it's so quiet! I can easily walk to the grocery store or cinema and I have easy access to SR-202 & SR-520. My neighbors are courteous and quiet. As for the staff, they are quick to resolve any issues and are friendly just to talk to. I use the workout room almost daily as it provides ample space, doesn't smell, and it has a good size TV in the corner. Occasionally I'll use the tanning bed which is free to all residents. Simply put, I like it.
