I moved into the place in September - the rent is great for the area. There are plenty of amenities. The grounds are great - cozy, quiet, very natural (just the other day I saw a fox on my way into the building). Maintinence work is always done quickly and without a fuss. The staff seems to be working hard to please the residents, keep them updated with info, and plan community events. The only thing I would wish for is a parking spot in the garage, currently neither myself nor my roomate have one.
All in all a good place to live.
