I wrote some comments about the manager in my previous review, promising that if her attitude changed I would re-edit my review. Although no apology was ever made by her for some mistakes made by her both in her lack of follow-through and unprofessional attitude, the maintenance staff and the assistant manager Erika have been absolutely wonderful in making sure we are taken care of, and the manager has been more professional and kind in the last several months. I still urge people who wish to rent here to get promises in writing, but I would definitely say that 9200 Redmond Place is a wonderful place to live. We have been here for over a year and will continue to stay until we buy a house. I definitely recommend 9200 Redmond Place as a great place to live.
