I've lived here for over a year & I love it! My apartment is perfect. It is quiet! You can't hear anyone around you, except for the person that lives above me. That comes with the territory of living in an apartment though. The view that I have is great. I'm overlooking trees and the creek. It is nice to be able to look out my window and not look into another apartment, or even worse, know someone else may be looking into my apartment.
The location is great. Close to everything, shopping, movie theaters, video rentals, Burke Gilman Trail, a winery, the list can go on.
Management is great. They are very friendly & know everyone by name. They coordinate community functions to get all of us together. Any problems that I've had are fixed without hesitation. The way I see the last review that person was way off. Things get done & questions get answered with a smile and impeccable service. Maintenance is also great. They know what they are doing & fix things the first time around.
I have referred several of my friends to move here. I love it and I will be staying for many more years to come.
