The building is great however if you require any assistance from the apartment complex office good luck. The woman named Jan Maipere is difficult to work with, request someone else if you are coming to view an apartment. She lacks people skills and is extremely rude. The customer is definitely wrong when you deal with her. The only other compliant that I have with the building is that when the power goes out (and it does frequently) there are no emergency lights...very unsafe for females. Not to mention that its probably violating fire code regulations.
