We have lived here 4 yrs & yes, it has it's ups & downs (don't most places')

The apartments are pretty well kept & pleasant, although maintainance could be a little better in places. The grounds are lovely & you are mostly surrounded by fir trees.

I personally get on very well with Jan & Erica. They have always been quick to solve any problems we have had in the past & they have always taken very good care of our kitties whenever we have been on Vacation which has been very much appreciated!

The main complaint we really have is the level of noise (by mostly our upstairs neighbors). There is a noise curfew but unfortunately not many people seem to take any notice of it! The walls & ceilings are pretty thin & you can hear dishwashers, washing machines, tvs & even answering machines. This is one of the main reasons why we feel we need to move out.

Overall, I do still think that 9200 can be a good place to live, but its just not for us anymore.
