After days of looking for the right apartment, I decided to move in to 9200 Redmond Place. Management has been very helpful & friendly. My neighbors are quiet. I often wonder if there is anyone else living here. For everything you get in these apartments it is well worth the price. They pay for water, sewer and garbage. Plus they offer a discount on extended basic cable through Comcast. The apartments are not brand new, but they are well taken care of. I really feel like this is a wonderful apartment. If I change my mind, I will update my review when my agreements expired ;)
