We've only lived there for a couple months, but our experience has been positive. The staff (Jan and Erika) have been helpful, and our two calls to maintenance were taken care of within hours. Also, our unit is very quiet, despite families on both sides.

The construction is a bit older, but seems reasonably well maintained.

I hope the rest of our time here is as smooth -- it's been pleasant so far.
