The only thing this place needs is a high-speed internet solution.

I've lived at 9200 redmond place for 6 months now, and the only reason I would move is for a house. (Or if I won the lottery and could return to Saffron for a 2bed/2bath.)

I live in a 1080sqft 2bed/2bath ground floor for $1 a square foot. I don't use the garage and never have a problem finding an unreserved parking space near my building. Mantainence has always been exceptionally fast and the office is very flexible with regards to packages, which was a problem with I lived in an ArchStone community. (They would refuse deliveries for lack of 'space' in the office to hold packages for a day.)

Redmond Place is the only convenient complex in Redmond I found which allows me to have a music room, not a room-mate. My two cats very much enjoy the surrounding streams and ivy and I've had no problems with my neighbors to speak of.

I enjoy going home to this apartment and don't feel like my arm is getting ripped off when I hand over my rent check. I also appreciate the choice of color schemes available, though I would never go for the pink and teal.
