My husband and I have lived here now going on 3 years. We have been very happy with both Jan and Erica. Both have been very pleasant and always happy to help when needed, including very prompt when needing a repair. The last negative review I read said Erica is not easy to work with when moving out. I seriously don't believe that! The person probably ignored the rules, and there are always notice signs everywhere, and on your door when they plan to do any work or inspections. Rent is reasonable, and location is great. They always try to invite us to social gatherings, although my husband and I are too busy to show. Again, a great place. Definitely recommended!!!
