We have been here for almost 2 years and we just transferred to a bigger apartment; they made the transfer as painless as they could and where really helpful about the move.
Before releasing the old apartment Erica took the time to go thru the place and pointing out the things they would have to replace or repair, it was really through and she answered all my questions which was really helpful, I think it's understandable that they would want it to be in the same shape they give it to you when you move in, otherwise who would want to move in right'

The staff is really friendly and they are really good in keeping the community together and involved in activities so it feels more like a home. People that go all the way to Krispy Kreme and get you coffee and Doughnuts for breakfast at 7am are A-OK in my book, they do this once or twice a year in the management office amongst other things.
The buildings and surroundings are really neatly kept they have a gardening service once a week to clean the property and maintenance is as quick as they could ever be.

It's very centric to restaurants, movie theaters, pharmacy and grocery stores.
Oh and very cat friendly!
