It's gone downhill

I wrote the 4/9/01 review and I have to agree with another reviewer that the place has gone downhill. I moved out a couple of months ago after four years. After Julie manager)left, the rotating door of managers really began to negatively effect almost every aspect of the apartments. The last manager I dealt with was rude and nasty and I know that I was not the only one who experienced her unpleasant demeanor (the others were not much better). It also seemed like no one ever actually worked there as there was never anyone in the office when I needed to call or drop by. It became unnerving as week after week the police presence seemed to increase and the incidents of car break-ins and theft began to become more frequent (especially in our garages). The grounds and buildings started to look shabby as well. I know that many long term residents were moving out when I did and that a few others were planning on moving soon. Hopefully this is sending a message to the management that there needs to be some improvement to keep their residents happy.
