9200 Redmond Place seems like a GREAT deal when you start out. The rent is overall good, and it's in a great location!
The only downfalls are that there are a hundred and ten things they send out notices for and aren't on time for any of them. They also lost the only nice managerial person. The main manager makes up lies to see if she can catch you doing something against the lease and randomly decides if she's going to be really friendly or a complete jerk that day!
I wouldn't rent from here again. I won't be extending my lease.

It is obvious to me that whoever posted this has a grudge against the manager; probably because they did something that violates their lease or they weren't happy with the answer they got.I will be purchasing a condo soon, which is the only reason for my departure. If it weren't for that, I would probably stay forever.

Exservice: how can you be so focused on yourself that you could not possibly believe that maybe someone else in this huge complex would not be getting a raw deal? how lovely that you have such thick rose colored glasses! Take off those glasses and come out into the sun!
