Good place to live

Well, I have to disagree with the person who wrote the review that things are going downhill. We moved in here a little while ago, and I must say that everything so far has been really good. I think the rent prices have dropped a bit recently, which is good. And w/ the special that was happening when we signed, we get 12 months for the price of eleven, which drops the price even further ($940/mo for just under 1100sqft is not bad at all!). As far as break ins or crime goes - haven't noticed any of that. This seems to be a pretty nice, quiet area. I remember someone mentioning something about junk cars starting to pile up'' Not a single junk car around here, though, anywhere on the complex. Also, in regard to the lousy management people have mentioned - that seems to have gotten much better. They recently hired an assistant manager, so you'll almost always find someone in the office, and stuff gets taken care of when necessary. The only thing I can say anything bad about (and this too may have changed now w/ some new, additional people in the office here) is that when we first got here, there would be some "so so" communication between the people in the office and the maintenance people when they sent them out on jobs. Often the maintenance people got wrong instructions, so stuff didn't get fixed (which wasn't the maintenance crew's fault - they did what they were told to do). This seems to have gotten better lately, though, so the jury's still out on that.
