Maybe some renters here got lucky with considerate neighbors. Mine run bath fans that sound like jets taking off, play their surround sound tv's that rival the sound at bella botega, jack up the steros, all day and late into the night.

"Peaceful and Quiet" it is not. Be sure to listen to that in the sales pitch when you are being wooed into the place.

If those two things are really important to you, this isn't the place for you. If getting to sleep before midnight or later isn't for you, this isn't the place.

If you're one of those rude people who don't care how much pain you cause others with your media events, then come on over and sign up today. This is the place for you to get away with whatever you want to do.

Just another case of apartment management promising all the right things and completely lying about upholding their part of the agreement.

I have to agree - nothing wrong at all with this community, which happens to be extremely quiet and peaceful. Having lived here for the past 3 years and not having had a single noise issue, I believe someone has extremely exaggerated an issue they have had with one of their neighbors. It's not a bad idea the response poster had in his/her response - give the neighbors around you a break and buy a house in the country.
