Staff is friendly and helpful, the residents are great. The only thing you hear is the occasional stereo or toilet flushing. The building is a bit older, but I feel that things are generally private, the noise of Redmond is reduced to loud sirens only (can't hear traffic), and the maintenance is great. Although there really isn't any yard space in the area, they keep the grounds up weekly with a crew. The site manager really cares about the comfort of the residents. We live in a 3 bedroom unit and the place is 1500 sq ft. Huge! Rent is reasonable for what you get. Lots of carpets... my advice, get a Roomba to do your vacuuming for you cuz there's tons of carpet! They will even feed your cat if you go on vacation for you last time I checked.
