I moved to 9200 Redmond Place from Florida 1 year ago, and have been beyond impressed with all aspects of living here! The management (Jan & Anne) and support staff are friendly, professional, responsive, know me by name, and always are kind enough to ask how things are going, which I appreciate! Our grounds are beautifully maintained year-round (wait until you see the holiday lights!). Building maintenance is obviously a priority, with much effort placed on preventive maintenance. Several members of our management and staff live here, and they truly care about both the property and the community of people who live here. Response to maintenance requests is immediate. Management does require access to apartments several times a year for annual maintenance that ultimately benefits us all, so I see no reason why anyone would object to having their high floor exterior windows cleaned, or FIOS cable added for more cable choices, etc. 9200 Redmond Place is a stable, quiet, safe apartment community that offers interesting, larger floor plans, covered parking, plenty of additional exterior parking, and is right off the 202 with easy access to Microsoft, Nintendo, Digipen, the 520, the 405, and the I-5. Bella Bottega shopping center is just a few hundred feet away, and boasts a QFC grocery store, Regal Cinemas, Bartell Drugs, Starbucks, Tullys, and several options for pub/casual dining. So if you want a beautiful apartment that is centrally located and offers exceptional upkeep and management oversight, then I look forward to meeting you when you join us at 9200 Redmond Place! This post is clearly written by the management themselves. This is response to the negative comments posted by the tenants who are not paid to live here. While Anne is quite pleasant, Jan Maybee should be fired for her outrageous invasions of privacy. If you are a single woman, she will impose not only her opinion upon you, but is likely to spy on you. This has been my experience. I have never been at a place where I felt like I was being stalked by my own landlord. I am not the only person who has complained to the management company about her behavior. It is well documented. Jan, shame on you for writing a review on the property that you manage. Why would any tenant write a review of this place that sounds like a commercial endorsement. This is a false review, and does not represent the actual living experience. No one rates a place as perfect except the person trying to sell units here. This is just plain sad. Jan Maybee is a nosy, judgmental, accusatory snoop, who will meddle in your affairs. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The better business bureau rates them as a B-, which is truly generous considering my experience here. Jan, if you don't want people to write angry posts in response to your propaganda, then I suggest that you treat people with decency, do not hover outside of their door trying to hear conversations. Eavesdropping, if not against the law, is just plain sad. Further, my apartment has been entered without my permission on a number of occasions, and in response to some simple repairs requested (a moldy kitchen faucet) I was told that I was crazy, when my water tastes like fungus. Notice the wording- "Several members of OUR management and staff live here." This is propaganda to help submerge the negative ratings posted. If people are really happy with the place, you don't need to fudge your own reviews with picture perfect unbelievable reviews.
