I lived at 9200 Redmond Place for a year. My roommate and I loved the location and our cozy little 2 bed/2 bath. The rent was a great deal! It was worth every penny we paid. It's close to the Bella Bottega, and not too far from the beautiful Redmond Town Center. I always loved driving up to our complex because the trees and grounds looked great year-round. However, there were definite downsides! The "workout room" was a joke, and the hottub was working for about 2 weeks during the whole time we lived there. I don't know where they got their staff, but I've encountered more professional people at McDonalds! Seriously, the staff were all unprofessional, impatient, and sometimes downright rude! The facility is great(except the workout room), but unless they have all new staff, I would say, "Renter, Beware!" We made friends with some other residents, and they all regretted moving there for the same reason-the staff! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
