This Oakwood apartment was bought by Archstone and Archstone's service is terrible. They must search out the scum of the earth to come be their apartment managers.
They would make up charges and try to get us to pay late fees. We moved out early because they were such a**holes and they kept our security deposit claiming that the walls needed to be painted.
The paint on our cars were nearly ruined as well because of the sap dripping from the trees in the parking area.
Don't rent here.

Sounds to me like a case of someone being mad that management is actually enforcing the rules. And as sap on your cars....No crap. Anywhere you live where you park under a tree your going to have sap on your car. Thats your own dumb@$$ fault. If you don't like the tree sap don't park under them.

Oh sure. The old blame the management for your being white trash excuse. What do you expect seriously? You park under a tree and I bet the manager waits until you go inside then runs out and climbs the tree and shakes it to make sure sap falls on your car!
