I like the apartments, location, neighbours and rent. But It is managed by two immature ladies -----------------, who don't know what they are talking about. They both are very unhelpful and often create issues for the residents. I dread to go to the apartment office for any request, whether I am legally/morally right or I need a favor.

In total, just because of these two ladies, the living experience at Archstone Lakeview is not worth it.

I just moved into Archstone Redmond Lakeview and I found my experience to be very fast and helpful. The two ladies in the office ----------------- helped me locate my mail box, trash recepticales and even gave me directions to the local grocery store. This community is quiet and I find all of my neighbors to be respectful of one another. I think this gentelman's previous review to is a one sided issue and unfortunately incorrect.

I agree with the response above, the person that wrote this review must be mad at the world or something and had no one else to blame his troubles on. I have had nothing but wonderful converstions with the two ladies in the office of Archstone Redmond Lakeview. I have lived here for 2 years now and I think they are great people and have helped me with any thing I have ever needed. Plus the service techs are great, they are fast and know what they are doing, unlike many communities I have lived at in the past. So to JacobJason, stop blaming your petty trobles on people who work to help you. And if you need to blame someone, blame yourself you probably caused your own confusion and upsets anyway.

Just to backup my original review, Take a look at the current aggregated ratings: Maintenance: 3.38 Safety: 3.38 Parking: 3.08 Grounds: 3.08 Noise: 3.00 Construction: 2.77 Office Staff: 2.54 Why is Office Staff rated the lowest? If you factor out the fake reviews (like the two responses above), I am sure this rating wouldn't be more than 1, which is the lowest possible on this site. To the Office ladies: You don't become great just by saying that you are great (or posting fake reviews about yourself). Please take customer reviews positively and act on the real issues. I would love to see these ratings go upside down. If that happens, you will not only be creating a better environment for residents, but also be benefiting the company and making your careers/lives better. I am glad I don't have to deal with them anymore....so long.
