noisy; thin walls; disorganized staff

The apartments are poorly constructed and showing the wear. Walls and floors are thin. I hear not only music from my neighbors but their conversations, personal noises from bathrooms, and "pillow talk". The complex managers are nice people but disorganized. Lots of employee turnover. Some maintenance problems take months to fix. Fire alarms break constantly and ring for hours. Most of the tenants move out quickly, and a large percentage are from overseas. Their companies rent the units for them, and they quickly move on. This transient population means you rarely know your neighbors and contributes to a feeling of unsafety.
