1) Parking - No reserved parking. If you come late you won't find any parking space. So I had to park close to the recreation center and walk.

2) Noise Level - Since I stay at ground floor I know it better; The walls are so thin; So flush or shower(in 2002; my neighbour use to take shower @4:00AM) is easily heard. Infact you can even hear the pee sound.

3) Ground - Not kept clean. I had to complain N times regarding the cigerate buds found in front of my apartment,

4) Safety - No auto lock for patio doors. So before going to bed always had to double check.

5) Construction - Very poor. Old apartment; shabby carpets; fixtures don't work; won't replace bulbs; but I had a issue of loose electrical connection; had to call 5 times to convince them that it's not the bulb; but the connection issue. All electrical sockets are loose connected. The fixed them by widening my plug pins.

6) Maintainance - Still getting our washer fixed. This is 7th complaint.

7) Office staff - Most arrogant people what I have seen. AS if they are doing a mercy on us; They don't take service requests; you have to use the phoneline for service requests. Regarding my apartment paint issue; I have visited them mroe than 10 times; still haven't got the answer.

8) Overall - Sucks. Always raises rent. So whatout when you since a lease. Make sure that you get a lease for MAX time. Otherwise be prepared to pay more when you renew the lease.
