Management is unhelpful, the apts are in very bad shape

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
And on top of that, they do not fix the stuff thats falling apart. They do not replace standard light bulbs. I've had 3 of them go out in the span of 2 months.
Theres a huge parking problem, which they wont address but acknowledge.
I have to park 2 miles away from where my apt is. Also, people who do not have handicap permits park in hanidcapped spots. I've complained, and all they did was re-paint them. They dont care about towing anyone.
The worst place in Washington to live in. Theres something or the other constantly wrong here.
