This is my third Archstone apartment. I have lived here for almost 3 years.

Pros:
-Great ammenities. They have 3 pools, a basketball court, and a tv room.
-Parking is awesome. The carports are free, so it is first come first serve, but I love how it is all open.
-Nice, friendly office staff. I've been treated well, and the maintenence has been outstanding. Three tmes I have had issues and they were fixed the same day I called it in. Very nice.
-I really like the area. It is right off of 520, so you have very close freeway access.
-The place really feels safe to me. This is just an opinion, but I never see the police out for calls, and I never feel in danger of walking around at night.

Cons:
-The noise. I understand that it is an apartment, but I can here my downstairs neighbors a little too well, and they are not being overly loud. It makes me wonder what I sound like to them''
-Older apartments. The appliances are older than the previous places I have lived, and so is the construction.
-I think the landscaping could be better. The bushes don't seemed to be trimmed on a regular basis, and there are some muddy areas by my building instead of grass.
