I lived at this community for a long long time. During my residence I transferred apartments.
I moved in with my family and the move in was a breeze, save for the actual moving of stuff up and down stairs. I moved from another community in Bellevue and the two cannot even compare.
Through my living here I've noticed a few things.

1. The maintenance staff was bad when I moved in, but the quality of service changed exponentially a month or so after I moved in with the introduction of some new staff.
2. My interactions with the office staff were at a minimum, just because there wasn't a reason to. Whenever I stopped into the office to talk to them on any subject I never got anything but possitive attitude.
3. I was told I cannot wash my car on the property, but I believe that is a rule for most communities.
