this is a well-managed complex and they keep the complex well-maintained. it is wooded and in a quiet area for the most part. the commute to seattle is great as long as it's not during rush-hour. it is very kid and pet friendly as well, w/ trails, wooded/tree areas, and even doggie recipticles w/ poopoo bags. any service requests were fulfilled and addressed right away and the service people are great. the only bad thing is the noise level. the walls and floors/ceilings are extremely thin! you always imagine a certain amount of noise w/ any apt. but this is far greater than i have ever had before.
