I have been a resident for almost 3 years now and every year it gets worse. They have increased the monthly payment by over 200 hundred dollars every year. I have a one bedroom located near the leasing office wich also means by the pool. During the summer there are people at the pool all hours of the night screaming and yelling. As if that is not bad enough the lawn care comes through every morning between 7:00 and 8:00am to trim the hedges. You would think they are using a chainsaw. Parking here is a joke. Its an extra 20$ a month for an assigned spot wich may or may not be next to your apartment could be blocks away. If you have two cars in could be near imposssible to find a place to park if you get home anytime after 6:00pm. I would not choose to live here. They find anyway possible to charge you extra fees or be an incovienence. Just an overall terrible place to live. I am moving out next month thank goodness.

You must be reviewing the wrong place; Archstone Redmond Campus does not charge for parking. And I've never heard anyone at the pool after 10 PM, though I've occasionally seen them chasing people out at ten. I'll agree that the landscape people can be annoying when they show up (once a week, not every day), but again, I think you're living somewhere else because they never start here before eight. Moving out after three years, huh? Wherever it is you're actually living, you sure took your time deciding you didn't like it.

Yeah, they don't charge for parking. Perhaps he is thinking of another Archstone. In my review I say that parking is really good where I live in the complex. Also there is 45 st which is on the northern edge of the complex which always has parking. Parking on 45 st is so good I see truckers using it. I'm not sure what extra fees he is talking about as I just pay my rent and then water/garbage. What other fees are there?
