Good but kind of expensive apartment to live beside Microsoft Main Campus

This apartment area is very convenient if you are working at Microsoft Main Campus, with good environment. However, the neighbors are kind of noisy because people here (at least my neighbors) like to use washing machines at nights even midnights. But it's bearable if you are not too sensitive.
