Don't believe the super negative comments. It has 3 or 4 people in the office area. They are professional and somewhat personable. I ran into a couple of problems which were fixed quickly.
It is convenient to Microsoft. I was there a year and left because I could get cheaper. It is more expensive and they nickle and dime on stuff, but maybe that is typical for apartments now. When I left they said something that was dirty was damanged as an example. When you renew it seems to me they charge more for the renewal then they would ask a new tenant, which didn't seem fair.
I had no problems with noise, but that would depend on neighbors. Parking where I was in the complex was really good. There is a side road too (45th) that always has parking too, but I never had to use it.
So if you need something close to 520 or Microsoft it is an ok place for a year. You can't go wrong except it will cost more $.
