Bad management, mold and dirty

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
The apartments are dirty, the trash area is always full and grass is always moist. No wonder there is mold... I had lived in two apartments and the place was infested in mold.
The apartment price is constantly going up and all the staff can talk about is there company policy. It seems like if you don't read things carefully the policy could change and you will not be notified. The most recent is to take away one of the guarantees, how convenient.
