Ignore the reviews by bitter slobs who can't deal with paying their rent or cleaning their apartments. This is a great place. I've lived here three years and loved it. The place is beautiful, lots of (free!) parking, it's really convenient, anything that needs fixing is done really fast, and the rents have been too high but that's the whole area. Some people can't remember to put their garbage in the dumpsters but just throw it on the ground (really nice thing they do there, makes a mess for the guy the place has working every day to just clean that up, I guess it gives him job security), they're probably the same ones that are complaining about having to pay for ruining their carpet and having mold in their (undoubtedly filthy) apartments. Stop living like animals and you won't have these problems, people. Yeah, there was a murder last year by a crazy husband who tracked his ex wife here and then shot them both, it was on the news. So was the fact that it was the first murder in Redmond in five years. Lightning can strike anywhere, I don't think anyone feels even a little unsafe, no gangs, no drugs that I can see. Biggest problem the place has is spoiled rotten people who expect someone else to clean up their messes for them, and I see the guys who work here running around like ants trying to every day. Really, other than the sloppy habits of a lot of the lazy people living here I can think of nothing wrong with the place, and the people here working here are doing an amazing job of keeping things working and working well. If you don't like it here, go back to your palace and servants, that must be what you're used to if you feel shorted. Me,I feel like I'm treated like a king.
