Maintenance service is very good. I used to live an apartment where the service is highly rated and actually they are good. Due to the relocation, I have to move to Redmond area. When I first moved Archstone Redmond Campus, I am a bit worried about the "promised 24 hour" maintenance. When I first moved here, there were a few stuff not cleaned very well of apartment -- when I talked to the office, they took care of it in a timely manner. Later, there was a small thing need to fix, very timely. Most recently, a difficult one, which was taken care of timely and neatly. So far so good (actually very good).

The staff there may not pretend to be as nice as some other apartments. But I think they are quite good.

Highly recommended.
