Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
they advertise a 24 hour guarantee, but it takes days for them to come by. I'm not talking about broken doors here, when we had floods they left the carpet up with blowers for days without even checking on it. We've had 3 floods within 2 years. They knocked down the wall for the first one and left the insulation hanging out for over a month. Everything else has been fine. Their staff has turned over several times since we have been here.
