Floor plan showed walk-in closet, but walk-in closet in actual apartment. Very disappointed about that.

The occasional nail tip popping up through the carpet is irritating.

While I've yet to hear my neighbors, the noise from outside is another story. When the windows are open, it's like being on the bloody freeway. Had I known it would be so loud here, as a light sleeper, I would have chosen a different apartment community.

Very expensive considering. Should be cheaper as noise is a major issue.

All in all, this is a very nice apartment, don't get me wrong. Quick maintenance, friendly staff. I'd love it were it not for the noise.
