I have read thru most of the comments on this site due to advise given to me by friends. If you can't understand that vehicles, when moving, make noise then your not very smart anyways! True there is noise from cars and buses but your not living out in the sticks were people are still using horses for transportation. If you know that apartment living is not noise free then I would highly recommend this community. Location is perfect, walking distance to just about everything. Staff, like all the other Avalon communities I have lived at are nice. Just make sure before you move out you have the maint. staff walk thru with you to let you know what they will charge you.
