Good:
* Management staff has been friendly and very helpful.
* Maintenance staff has been quick and responsive.
* Apartments are very nice and spacious with large windows and lots of ventilation. Excellent floor plans -- even the small apartments are laid out well.
* Underground parking is very convenient.
* Location is very convenient. Large supermarket, doctors offices, movie theater, mall, nature trails, P&R, parks all within easy walking distance.
* Walls are very thick. Interior is hotel-like.
* Washer/dryer in every unit.

Bad:
* Extremely expensive. Extra parking space plus two cats adds almost $200 more to the rent!
* Always hear neighbors above stomping.
* Piss poor paint job in the apartment.
* Extremely noisy outside.

We've pretty much established here that it's extremely noisy if you're on one of the street-facing apartments.

Let me elaborate though instead of just empty complaints.

The buildings are along about 10 major bus routes all leading to the Redmond Park & Ride. Many bus routes being 24/7.

Rude truck drivers insist on using their compression brakes despite them being banned on city streets.

Wednesday night's street sweepers all drive by the buildings on their way back to the city buildings.

Being near a fire station and police station means sirens at all hours.

With all of the windows closed, it's not terrible, but with the windows opened, it can be just plain awful. On a summer's day when the windows are open, it's so loud that you cannot hear the TV!

So, keep in mind that these apartments are pricey and noise is a big issue. If you can look past that, you really can't beat the location and amenities.
