Lived here for a while, a bit pricey but it is in a nice location easy access to bus stops, post office and walking distance to QFC, Bartells, restaurants, movie theatre, and banks. Underground garage with good space in between vehicles are nice. Noise was not so much of an issue except at times the sanitation department will pickup garbage at 4-5am in the morning that would wakeup anyone with heavy dumping and beeping of their truck. Only drawback is pricey without even a nice view.
