Avalon Headquarters should consider an 800 number where residents can phone in. This would be more better for the residents and would keep the rent lower rather than paying their salaries.

The management office shows no interest in the residents and especially the leasing consultant is quick to ask the residents to call the police about the noise issue. Why should the police get involved with an Avalon responsbility ' The walls are paper thin; very noisy. I would avoid this place !
