I have been a resident here for 8 months now and I can't wait to get out of here. The noise from the bus lines, fire dept. and police station are enough to make you crazy. It is a 24 hour a day issue. They of course don't tell you about this when they are selling you on one of the street side apts.
Then there is the management. Not that the new manager is ever avail. Within the first week she sent out statements to all the residents who had "delinquent accts" in my case application fees and deposits totalling around $1000.00. After questioning the leasing agent and not getting any help I had to wait 5 days for Ms. Davis to come in so that she could explain the notice. After going through the lease with her all of the "deliquency" was easily explained by an error on their accounting software. Yet no apology, nothing. I have found that asking any question of the staff is like pulling teeth.
This is an unpleasent and unfriendly place to live. Not to mention the most expensive place in the area to live with the lousiest ammenities. (the club house and gym are hardly worthy of the expense) and the only improvement that has come this summer is a communal bbq in the courtyard. Woo Hoo.
