Overall condition is ok, but way too much street noise!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
The apartment is nice, staff is friendly, and the grounds are clean. My only two real complaints are that the entire complex is hot (trying to save $ on AC'') and the street nise is unbearable. I will not be renewing because of the noise. Across the street from a fire station and bus depot, can you guess what you hear from 4am to 12am everyday - ALLDAY - ' :-(
