I moved in a long time ago and have been generally satisfied. That is changing quickly for the worse, though. Really, the new manager is the worst part. She's rarely there that I've ever seen, and when I have interacted with her, she makes me feel like I'm bothering her just to get a package. Perhaps I'm just used to the cordial and professional nature of all the previous managers, but I don't think so.

The noise level has increased as the heart of Redmond has become busier, so it's never quiet now. The fit and finish of the building was never good (all of the outlets are crooked), and it seems to be declining in the public areas. Even the quality of my neighbors is going downhill fast.

I can't wait until my lease expires, and I can move.
