True Lack of Customer Service

Avalon as a company has to do quality checks on employees. After you have signed the contract is not the time that Avalon has to "push back" on residents. After putting in a request for a plugged toilet the leasing consultant asks "is this an emergency'" Extremely unhelpful. Who is monitoring this ridiculous non-service for the high rents we are paying''
