I moved in May 2002. I like the place a lot because its huge for 2 people. I took the townhouse on the backside of the building where the Fire trucks are. Its fairly noisey but you cant complain when you live in the MIDDLE OF THE CITY!!! Im sure its less noisy on my side then the tennant on the side with the fire trucks. I have 3 doors to come into a dedicated parking spot in the garage with a special private walkway that leads directly to my townhouse. It has sprinklers in every room/closet, house alarm, and is seperated from teh main complex which totally reduces my renters insurance. Lots of room 1500 sq ft, hardwood kitchen floors, new applicances, and clean. Lots of windows. A drawback is that there really isnt much room for major storage so if you have a lot of stuff you may need to downsize. I live there with only 1 room mate so we have a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom and use the 3rd room for storage. The summer is hot and yet there is no AC but we dont care anyways. We dont have to deal with the hallways being hot because we are seperate from the rest of the complex. Overall we like it a lot and will prolly renew our lease for atleast another year or until we get rich and build our houses. As for the noise complaints yeah i can see their points of view and sometimes durring the summer there have been parties so it can be loud but if you tell people to shutup im sure they will. I went to WSU so noise doesnt bother me. I recommend the townhouse portions of the place if you can afford it but from other peoples opinions I would prolly stay away from the main complex
