downtown seems to be growing more and more (though slowly) so the location isn't bad. within walking distance to redmond town center (shopping), multiple grocery stores, restaurants, post office, movie theaters, etc.

the cleaning staff is a bit slow sometimes with the common areas, but by no means is the place dirty. staff seems nice and responsive enough.
