The comon areas such as the stairs and lobby have not been cleaned since the building opened. The Office will smile and smile but it takes calling the Corporate Office to get anything done. There are charges for the "common areas" on the lease but management fails to recognize that this needs to be cleaned on a regular basis !

Tne rent is too high for residents to beg for the community to be clean!!
