We moved in in 2000, and lived there for about 8 months, until we transfered to Avalon Belltown in Seattle. Overall, our experience was pretty good. It is VERY noisy in some units, and ours was one of them. Any time of day, you could here ambulances, firetrucks, etc., not to mention the early morning bus traffic. The staff was not exceptionally friendly or helpful, but we didn?t have any real problems with them. However, there is no comparison to the Seattle property. The units are nicer, the staff is exceptional!, and the location is great! As long as you either don?t mind the noise or get an apt away from the street, and don?t plan on talking to the staff much, it?s a pretty good place to live. Being right by the QFC and Bella Botegga was always very convenient.

Oh yeah, and the staff was pretty selective about to whom they gave good service. My roommate and I went the first time in regular jeans and T-shirts, and were told they didn't have a place for us, and nothing would be available anytime soon. Then, about a week later, my husband and I went in after work, when we were both wearing suits, and they were very friendly, said they had immediate occupancy in multiple units, and were very eager for us to move there.Hmmmm...
