Incompetent and Arrogant Staff

Recently the staff has changed for the worse. You have the manager and leasing office very arrogant, cutting residents off, extremely unhelpful in every regard.
truly customer non-service.
Is this time well spent (avalon's corporate policy)' it is mass confusion with the building upgrade, changing keys to electronic keys (keys should be tested prior to being given to residents). the leasing office does not have time for these important matters and residents have been locked out of the building due to nonfunctional keys. is this time well spent' i would think not. management should take a refresher course on customer service instead of being arrogant and thinking they are doing the residents a favor by being there. look elsewhere, new buildings closer to transit lines with courteous management ready to assist residents rather than chasing them away. the rent is no longer handled by the office, i would advise doing away with the office altogether and saving residents money and time.
