The building has mold problems - all the paint has been peeled away.

Management has not been informing the residents of this problem which is a major health concern for everyone.

In case you haven't noticed, the community is being painted. All of the white areas and missing paint chips is from the pressure washing and prep work to get ready for the paint job. Before posting things like this, maybe you should get informed. As a resident for several years, I'm very happy about the work and the new look.

I disagree. I think that my apartment smells like mold. I noticed it a few days after I moved in and the new paint smell got cleared out. I asked about it and was told that I have new carpet and that should not be it. Well, to me it still smells like mold. I made sure that it is not the garbage and had friends come in, they too notice it. It feels like something is wrong and I look forward to moving out.
