Beware of MOVE-OUT FEES!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
We cleaned our apartment for at least 5-8 hours to be sure it was in super condition for the move-out inspection BUT it seems the greedy management wants to keep your deposit AT ALL COST!!!
For example, we cleaned the fridge BUT there was a small stain inside and just because of that, they wanted to charge us 75$!!!!
Basically, you have to pay for everything: carpet cleaning, oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, dishwasher cleaning, painting, etc.
That management is the mafia. When we decided to not renew our lease (they wanted to increase our lease by 15%), the management was discouraged because 10-20 people decided to leave the complex at the same time!!!! This is a BIG WARNING sign to me!!! Something is terribly wrong!!!
Well, to end this story positively, instead of paying a overpriced amount to a mob company, we now live in a nice place very close that is now overpriced.
STAY AWAY FROM AVALON!!!!
