No service, bad management attitude and letting in riff raff

We were appalled today when a child peed off the upstairs porch - this tops off the fact that we have called the police due to excessive noise sounds like bodies being thrown around and excessive hammering and thudding of footsteps all day, every day. Management says to put up with it, these are normal sounds of apartment living - they are not. We lived in Capital Hill in Seattle and never had this much noise. Additionally they removed all handicap parking signs for weeks causing havoc for the disabled tenants and have only replaced a portion. People do not pick up after their dogs and leave poo all over so watch your step.
Management reaction - nothing. The turnover on management here is like a revolving door so nothing ever gets resolved. There is no follow through. The front of the complex is given cosmetic attention and the back of the complex is left to fall apart like a ghetto - so if you do decide to move here, move into the front part of the complex facing 160th, not the section with entrance on 90th otherwise give up.
